SOFTWARE SALES CONSULTANT
Total Management is seeking a hard-working, quick learning individual for a position as a Software Sales Consultant. Consultant will take responsibility for setting and conducting web-based sales demonstrations to the property management industry. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Major consideration will be given to candidates who exhibit flexibility, ambition, ability to foster teamwork, and a passion for learning.
Position Responsibilities:
- Execute consultative sales in an outbound telesales role while presenting cutting edge technology e-business solutions.
- Schedule and conduct demonstration webinars
- Ensure customer and lead data is kept up to date
- Close sales deals
Required:
- Experience in Property Management (Residential or Commercial)
- Strong Organizational Skills
- General Web & Technical Skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Demonstrated history of achieving/exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong rapport-building skills with a professional business presence.
- Ability to work in a dynamic change driven environment with a solutions driven approach.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and CRM solutions.
- Ability to use technology to demonstrate and promote company products and services.
Preferred:
- Bachelors Degree
- Previous software sales experience
- Previous Saas/Cloud service sales experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing the sales cycle from lead management to close.
