Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Total Management was co-founded in 2007 by property owner and manager Justin Pearl. Initially designed to be a solution to help him efficiently manage his own properties, it has grown and changed to become an industry leading resource for residential and commercial property managers across the nation.

Justin Pearl
Justin Pearl is the Co-Founder of Total Management and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He also owns and manages residential and commercial property in Cleveland and Toledo, Ohio. Prior to forming Total Management, Justin founded a property management company specializing in underperforming multi-housing and commercial properties. Previously, he worked in the Residential Group of Forest City Enterprises Inc., one of the largest real estate development companies in North America. Justin received his BS in Finance & Economics from Tulane University.
