CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Total Management is seeking a hard-working, quick learning individual for a position as a Client Support Specialist. No particular experience is required, however, strong technical and customer service skills are a must. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Major consideration will be given to candidates who exhibit flexibility, ambition, ability to foster teamwork, and a passion for learning.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide support for clients including setup changes and updates.
- Answer support calls and resolve basic client support issues.
- Provide support via Live Chat
- Various internal administration tasks.
- Occasional Industry/Market Research.
- Communicate with clients on status/completion of tasks and support issues.
- Allocate situations requiring high level/urgent attention to the appropriate resources.

- General Web & Technical Skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
Preferred:
- Bachelors Degree
- Knowledge of general accounting principals
- IT Support or Help Desk Experience
- Experience a Plus
