No particular experience is required, however, strong technical and customer service skills are a must. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for clients including setup changes and updates.
  • Answer support calls and resolve basic client support issues.
  • Provide support via Live Chat
  • Various internal administration tasks.
  • Occasional Industry/Market Research.
  • Communicate with clients on status/completion of tasks and support issues.
  • Allocate situations requiring high level/urgent attention to the appropriate resources.
